4. Can I see a proof of the custom wall clock before it is made?
   Yes, you can preview a visual artwork proof of your custom wall clock before production at additional fees. If you require a sample, there will be additional sample fees as well. We can provide you with visual artwork proofs; however visual colour proofs or samples will have additional fees.
5. What is the meaning of visual colour artwork proof? 
   A visual artwork proof is a digital representation of the design of the custom wall clock. It includes images, text, and logos as they will appear on the final product.Any small elements or problems if artwork cannot be seen will be clarified here.
6. What is the meaning of colour digital proof? 
   A colour digital proof is a representation printed out artwork in physical format which is printed with a digital copier. At this stage you can view the products better, and you can see the actual size of the products of how it will be printed.  
7. Can I choose a specific font for the text on the wall clock?  
   Yes, you can choose a specific font for the text on the wall clock. Please send us a name or an ai file with the font embedded.
8. Can I choose the colour of the clock hands and numbers? 
   Yes, you can choose the colour of the clock hands and numbers for big quantity order of 1000pcs or more.
9. What is the process for ordering multiple custom wall clocks with different designs?
   For multiple custom wall clocks with different designs, it is treated as a different order. Price will be quoted based on per design and not total order.
10. Can I make changes to my custom wall clock after I have placed the order?
    Changes to the design of the wall clock may be possible before production starts, but it may not be possible once production starts.
11. What is the lead time for custom wall clocks?
    The lead time for custom wall clocks varies, but typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks from final confirmation date. The lead time depends on the production process and the volume of orders being processed. Our customer support team can provide you with an estimated lead time for your order.
12. What is the meaning of the final confirmation date?   
    A final confirmation date is the last action by the customer. It can be payment date, visual artwork proof confirmation date, colour proof confirmation date, sample confirmation date or whichever is the latest.
13. Can I get a discount for bulk orders of custom wall clocks?  
    Yes, discounts for bulk orders of custom wall clocks are available for orders of 500pcs and above typically custom import specially for you from China.  Delivery time is approx 2 to 3 months from goods ordered date.
14. Can I expedite the delivery of my custom wall clock? 
    Yes, it is possible to expedite the delivery of the custom wall clock for an additional fee.
15. Is it possible to rush an order for a custom wall clock? 
    Yes, it may be possible to rush an order for a custom wall clock for an additional fee as our employees have to work outside working hours. However, this can apply after you get confirmation from our customer service. Assembling wall clock is a tedious work which our workers can assemble limited pieces per day. Rush orders would be a problem for some instances, when it comes to a large order.
16. Are there any additional charges for shipping?
    We provide free delivery for orders of RM1000 and above for single orders within PJ & KL area. For other locations, please check with our customer service.
    
17. What is the warranty for custom wall clocks?
    The warranty for custom wall clocks will be 6 months from goods received date. The warranty warrants the mechanism of the clock and does not warrant wear and tear and including glass breakage of the clock.
18. Can I order custom wall clocks for delivery outstation or outside the country?
    Yes, it is possible to order custom wall clocks for delivery outstation or outside the country, but high shipping fees will apply.  Please note the shipping cost may be high as wall clocks are placed under big size items.
