- Free Artwork Preparation – We’ll create a professional artwork layout using your text or AI file, ensuring precise logo placement and a clean, impactful design. Enjoy up to three complimentary revisions to make sure everything looks just right—at no extra cost.
- Sample Preview – We offer a free laser engraving mockup for your approval before production, provided the sample is approved promptly within minutes. If additional time or revisions are required, a sample fee of RM50 will apply for every laser engraving samples.
- Production & Delivery – Receive your completed order within approximately 2 weeks after full payment, subject to stock availability. For larger orders or fully customised projects, production may take 5 to 8 weeks.
