Junior Graphic Designer

From intricate wooden art pieces to innovative packaging and corporate merchandise, you'll work on a wide variety of projects that keep your work fresh and inspiring.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the product customisation journey
• Design artwork merchandise of corporate gifts like shirts, pens, keychains, bags, wooden gifts and other paper printing products.
• Coordinate with customers on artwork modifications or artwork issues in Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa English.
• Coordinate with printers for artwork processing

Requirements:

Senior Graphic Designer

You will lead the design process across a diverse range of products, from initial concept to final execution. Your work will encompass designing intricate wooden art pieces, developing culturally relevant and unique money packets, creating innovative packaging solutions, and crafting other creative corporate merchandise that stands out in the marketplace. You will collaborate closely with our product development team, ensuring that all designs are not only visually stunning but also functional and aligned with our brand's vision.

Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in distinguishing our company through innovative and captivating designs that set us apart from competitors.
• Lead the conceptualization and design of captivating and innovative products.
• Develop original design ideas that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Engage in the entire design process, from initial sketches to the final production prototype, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure that designs are practical, feasible, and aligned with production capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies, integrating them into design strategies to keep our offerings at the forefront of creativity.
• Mentor and oversee junior graphic designers, ensuring that the design team’s output meets the company’s goals and maintains a high standard of excellence.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of junior designers, guiding them to achieve the company’s creative vision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual composition.
• High attention to detail, ensuring precision in all design aspects and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• A passion for staying ahead of design trends and continuously enhancing your skill set.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, particularly in wooden art, money packets, and packaging.

Sales Assistant (Indoor/Outdoor)

Responsibilities:

• Create good rapport with customers
• Answer customers' questions about specific products or services
• Recommend products and provide quotations to customers
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Keep customers informed about new products and services
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Followup artwork, orders and payments

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in the related sales field
• Fresh graduates with strong sales sense may also apply as Sales Assistany
• Responsible and initiative with a positive work attitude
• Pleasant looking with an outgoing personality
• A team player who is attentive to detail and a goal-getter
• Friendly, polite and talkative person
• Must be confident and persuasive in communicating with customers

Graphic Designer Cum Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Understand brand, customer, product goals and all other aspects of service and device a marketing content using Bahasa and English
• Photography, graphic design and video content creation.
• Assist in creating engaging written or graphic content in the form of social media content.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and post content frequently.
• Engage with customer enquiries on social media platforms in messenger, WhatsApp or ecommerce
• Updating company websites, reference website and ecommerce website
• Perform other graphic designs related works

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Proficiency in computer skills in Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator, social media knowledge 
• Organised and have good interpersonal skills.
• Possess good communication skills and ability to communicate well in either written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
• Able to multitask, be resourceful and proactive with good common sense & also a sense of urgency
• Ensuring all copy is proof read and free of errors.
• A team player who is attentive to detail and a goal-getter
• Able to work extra mile
