Internship (Graphic Designer / Content Creator / Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Design artwork across various mediums and materials
• Create visual content for social media, websites, presentations, and digital marketing materials

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory or compositions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Portfolio of previous design work /projects is required

Junior Graphic Designer

From intricate wooden art pieces to innovative packaging and corporate merchandise, you'll work on a wide variety of projects that keep your work fresh and inspiring.

Responsibilities:

• Design corporate gift artwork (shirts, pens, keychains, bags, wooden gifts, paper products etc)
• Communicate with customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English for artwork modifications if needed
• Photograph products
• Upload product listings to websites
• Update and manage social media content

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) 
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual composition. 
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Senior Graphic Designer

You will lead the design process across a diverse range of products, from initial concept to final execution. Your work will encompass designing intricate wooden art pieces, developing culturally relevant and unique money packets, creating innovative packaging solutions, and crafting other creative corporate merchandise that stands out in the marketplace. You will collaborate closely with our product development team, ensuring that all designs are not only visually stunning but also functional and aligned with our brand's vision.

Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in distinguishing our company through innovative and captivating designs that set us apart from competitors.
• Lead the conceptualization and design of captivating and innovative products.
• Develop original design ideas that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Engage in the entire design process, from initial sketches to the final production prototype, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure that designs are practical, feasible, and aligned with production capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies, integrating them into design strategies to keep our offerings at the forefront of creativity.
• Mentor and oversee juniors, ensuring that the design team’s output meets the company’s goals and maintains a high standard of excellence.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of juniors, guiding them to achieve the company’s creative vision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual composition.
• High attention to detail, ensuring precision in all design aspects and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• A passion for staying ahead of design trends and continuously enhancing your skill set.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, particularly in wooden art, money packets, and packaging.

Sales Admin Cum Telemarketing

Support sales activities through administrative tasks, telemarketing, and customer service, ensuring smooth sales processes and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, or walk-ins
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Qualify leads and close sales or refer them to the sales team as needed
• Update customers with monthly promotions Assist manager on order processing, artwork approval, and payment collection
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Admin Clerk, or Telemarketing
• Training provided for candidates lack of experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident in speaking and writing in Bahasa or English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in graphic software like Illustrator or Canva will be in added advantage

Sales Executive

Drive sales growth by developing new opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
• Update customers with monthly promotions Follow up on order processing, artwork approval, and payment collection

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• At least a 2–3 years of proven sales experience
• Able to work independently with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Able to travel for sales visits by motorcycle or car
