Terms of Use Antigen Test Kit
The NEWGENE covid test kit (Home Self Test Kit) should be stored at temperatures of 2-30°C or 38-86°F, and keep it out of the sunlight. The rtk antigen test is stable within the expiration date on the labeling. Once the aluminum foil pouch is opened, the test card inside should be used within one hour. Long exposure to hot and humid environment may cause inaccurate and invalid results.
This rapid antigen test kit is applicable to nasopharyngeal swab and sputum. Use sputum rather than saliva since sputum comes from the respiratory tract and saliva from the mouth. Usage of sputum rather than saliva is the type of sample recommended by WHO. If sputum samples cannot be obtained from patients, nasal swab samples should be used for testing.
Make sure that the proper amount of sample is added for testing. Testing with too much or too little sample may result in inaccurate results. If the test line is out of the testing window, do not use the card. The test result is invalid, so retest the sample with another one.
This product is designed to be disposable. It is not designed to be recycled. Used products, samples, and other consumables should be disposed of as medical wastes under relevant regulations.
