Variance	Higher price applies for complicated design with many printing colours. Please submit artwork for quotation.

Once your order is confirmed, please send us your design file in one of the following formats:

• For laser engraving: AI file in vector line format
• For image printing: High-resolution PNG or PSD with a transparent background

✅ We’ll provide a digital artwork proof for your approval before we proceed with production, ensuring your design looks perfect when lit.

Production & Delivery Timeline

We keep ready stock of materials on hand to accommodate urgent orders as fast as 1 to 2 week and ensure fast turnaround whenever possible. However, in the rare case that materials are temporarily out of stock, please allow approx 4 to 5 weeks for restocking and production.

For large quantity orders, we strongly recommend contacting us in advance to confirm material availability and production lead time. This ensures a smooth process and avoids any unexpected delays for your custom project.
